We’re four days into Love Your Customers week at Post Office – the opportunity to celebrate the brilliant level of service being provided by our Postmasters and branch teams.

The strong focus on our customer experience is already paying off and the Extra Miles are building up. So far 2,752 people have shared their experience and 2,106 customers felt the service they’ve received in branch was excellent and have given an Extra Mile. 

Today is thoughtful Thursday which focuses on understanding your customers’ needs, this plays a big part in making it easy for your customers to do business with you and ultimately delivers a better and personalised customer experience.
