Digital Engagement Award

This award will recognise effective communication to customers using digital channels - website, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram - and innovative ideas to promote the Post Office services to customers and engage shoppers with the activities of the store and Post Office.

Use of social media needs to be consistent, and demonstrate that you share Post Office marketing collateral. We are looking for imaginative use of digital channels to grow your customer base, and to benefit your local community.

Any branch is eligible to enter, and you can pass on customer feedback to support your entry.

This award will be judged by the Post Office Social Media Team.
