If we don’t get it right, it could potentially lead to delays in receiving mail items, the customer may not get the service they paid for, and this could result in your branch losing a customer to our competitors.

The latest Mails Compliance training course will give you and your team the guidance you need to provide a trusted and consistent customer experience in your branch.

Please make sure that this is completed by everyone in branch by 4 November 2019.


A reminder: Mails workshops taking place near you

So far, almost 2,000 postmasters or branch colleagues have attended the mails workshops and the final sessions are taking place over the next few weeks.
