Hot off the press is the news that Post Office has been named as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women for the third time. The 2018 list, compiled by The Times and Business in the Community, celebrates employers who are leading the way in creating inclusive workplaces and ensuring that women are provided with the right opportunities to enable them to reach their full potential.
Being a diverse and inclusive business, no matter your size or market, means that you are better able to represent your customers, and helps attract and retain talented colleagues – not just women but those who want to work in a diverse culture. At Post Office we firmly believe our commitment to diversity and inclusion will help us achieve our North Star business ambitions. And above all else, building a diverse and inclusive work place is absolutely the right thing to do.
Chloe Chambraud, Gender Equality Director, Business in the Community, said: “Congratulations to Post Office for being listed in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2018. They have shown they are committed to enabling women and men to contribute equally to society and recognise the positive impact of having a diverse workforce at all levels. I hope other organisations will follow their example of best practice.”
