Postmasters recognised: IAA ‘category top 4’ finalists

Postmasters across the UK are delivering great customer service, and retail excellence every day and many are earning recognition for this at a national level. We announced recently that 13 retailers with a Post Office had been shortlisted by the IAA (Independent Achievers’ Academy) 2019 programme.

The IAA has this week announced that they have now selected the top four retailers in each category. Our congratulations to all of the IAA finalists with a Post Office who have reached this stage, another great achievement for these branches and their teams!
