Good for business, great for the community

Good for business, great for the community

Every year, people all over the UK host their own Coffee Mornings to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Many Postmasters take part in fundraising for lots of local and national good causes all year round, including Macmillan.

As well as being something people often feel passionate about on a personal level, fundraising events are also a way of supporting and giving back to the local community and strengthening links with local people, and building your business.

Over 100 postmasters took part and donated last year, so well done as together with people across the country, you helped raise an incredible £26,914,382 to support people with Cancer, or those living and supporting someone with cancer. This year, Macmillan are aiming to raise even more.

Coffee and cake anyone?
Macmillan are inviting branches to join their big Coffee Morning on 27 September 2019 (or any date that suits you) and raise vital ‘dough-nations’ to help them be right there for more people living with cancer.
