Kelly Tolhurst MP visited Wainscott Road Post Office on Friday 25 January to recognise the valuable role the branch plays in providing vital services to customers within her constituency.
The Post Office team were delighted to welcome the MP and it gave them the perfect opportunity to showcase the wide range of services available to customers within Rochester and Strood throughout the year.
A number of MPs visited their local Post Offices over Christmas, but this particular visit was postponed and so took place on Friday.

Kelly Tolhurst, Member of Parliament for Rochester and Strood and the current Minister responsible for the Post Office said: “It was fantastic to meet the team at Wainscott Road Post Office today. This branch, like many post offices nationwide play such a vital role in providing essential services to local communities such as Strood. I wish them every success for the future.”
