Rising business costs, a competitive market, the rapid growth of online retail and changing customer expectations are changing the our high streets and putting pressure on retailers across the UK.
Even in challenging times, it is important to celebrate the hard work and expertise of postmasters and branch teams, delivering excellent results and service, innovating and supporting their local communities. And we’ll be recognising our top performers at our 14th Post Office Retail Awards on 22 June.
