Pam Heap, Head of Network Operations, said,

“Donna and Bruce from Biggar Post Office run a fantastic branch and thoroughly deserved to win. They mystery shop other retailers to see what good looks like and are always finding ways to improve. They’re committed to great customer service and even open on Christmas Day for a few hours for the community. They got their first return before lunch on Christmas Day – no idea what the chap bought his wife, but she didn’t like it!”

Donna Morgan said,

“We had a lovely time at the awards. All of the Post Office people were lovely and the other finalists were all great candidates. It was great to actually win the award on the night, we’re over the moon and so are our whole team.

It’s also been really nice seeing the feedback from our customers. We posted on our Brownlies Facebook page about the awards and the replies from locals have all been so positive. It’s been great for the team too, as with the comments on social media, they can all see for themselves that our customers really appreciate what we do.”
