You could share posts about Post Office products and services, the retail side of your business, or information you think is relevant to your local community.
And it’s not only raising awareness of your business – it can have a real impact on sales. For example, 80% of Instagram users follow at least one business and 72% have bought a product they saw on Instagram. Make sure your branch is the first place people think of when they want to buy a particular product, whether that’s travel money or tonight’s dinner.
It also gives customers the opportunity to give you real feedback that you can use to improve your business. Turn a negative into a positive by providing a quick response and letting the customer know what action you’re going to take. And make sure other potential customers can clearly see the positive reviews, too!
